# Lyrics for a track

GET https://api.aegi.run/v1/music/guilds/{guildId}/lyrics

Tries several providers in turn, so `source` says which one answered. Synced lyrics come back timestamped. The answer is cached on the player and dropped as soon as the track changes.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Create a key at [https://aegi.run](https://aegi.run), then send it as `Authorization: Bearer aegis.<key>`.

### Path parameters

- `guildId` (string, required)

### Query parameters

- `encoded` (string, required) — The `encoded` string from a search result.
- `lang` (string, optional) — Two-letter language code.

### 200

The lyrics, if any were found.

### 403 Forbidden Error

The API key is not linked to a bot.

### 404 Not Found Error

No player in that guild.

### 409 Conflict Error

Conflicts with the current player state.

The request cannot be carried out as given.

- `found` (boolean, required)
- `source` (string, required, nullable) — Which provider answered.
- `synced` (boolean, required) — True when the text is timestamped.
- `lyrics` (string, required, nullable)
